It’s been an interesting experiment to spin up custom course chatbots to support my colleagues John FitzGibbon, Noël Ingram, and S. Kyle Johnson as part of a pilot this spring. I used the WordPress plugin AI Engine + OpenAI’s Assistant API to create chatbots guided by custom prompts and referencing our own content. I describe the project more in this blog post.
