Photo Post ~ First time eating Smörgåstårta and I had to bring all of my 3/4 Swedishness to the table for this one. We're talking tomatoes, cucumbers, shrimp, lemon wedges, canned peaches, mayonnaise, egg salad, cream cheese over layers of bread, with cubes of fruit throughout. Go big or go home.
